#PeloFam and its admins have big love for all the pets and their owners in our community. In true fashion one of our admin has a specific charity that she has been involved with and when we adopted her we adopted them. The St. Louis Stray Rescue has made it their mission to seek out and take in the animals that no other organization will help or would simply euthanize because they are too expensive to heal. They rescue the abandoned, beaten, bred, fought, injured, terrified, defeated and betrayed. The minute they enter their doors, they look in their eyes and promise them ALL the second chance they deserve for health, home, commitment and love, no matter the time or cost.
#PeloFam aligns with this mission with their commitment to all animals and we want to help with the cost and a place for them to call home.
In cooperation with the Stray Rescue we have set up an opportunity for ANYONE to participate and donate all year long to our efforts. On the Stray Rescue of St. Louis website #PeloFam will have a personalized donation page. We will sponsor a #PeloFam apartment at their facility with any of those funds. The costs of that apartment is $500 for 3 months. We will hold several 100% donation events that will be hosted from this site. The Rescue will "bank" #PeloFam's efforts to support the apartment.
This will be our own efforts, our own work towards supporting our own apartment and seeing the pups who live in the apartment. You of course will get the tax deductions for your efforts for making the donations. So you will see this fundraising effort 12 months a year. We will post all updates as they come available as to who is living in the apartment.
